3) What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?

Our film would have a very small budget if it was to be distributed, therefore we would have to find a suitable way to show it to the public. In my opinion a very good way of distributing our film would be the TV. If the film would be good enough the TV would pay us for the right to broadcast it which would give us the budget to record it onto DVD’s and sell it which would bring even more profit. However before we could play it on the TV we would have to advertise it. A really good idea would be making a trailer, because if we did it ourselves it would be really cheap, and it would easily draw attention of the potential audience. A thing we really would have to watch out for would be other new movie producers, especially if their film was better or if they had a bigger budget. If that was the case we would have to advertise it very well to win the competition.
